Third industry joins forces for safe handling of hazardous substances

Chemrade is going to collaborate with OOMT, the Training and Development Fund for the Motor Vehicle and Two-Wheeler Industry, on the Hazardous Substances Assistant for the mobility sector! In doing so, OOMT follows the example of Volandis and Wij Techniek, which previously introduced similar platforms for the construction and technical installation sectors.

Garages, dealerships, bicycle repair shops, and vehicle repair companies across the Netherlands will soon gain easy access to insights into the chemicals present in their workplaces, the associated risks, and the correct instructions for working with them safely and healthily. The advantage? Small business owners no longer have to reinvent the wheel themselves. Instead, experts develop workplace instruction cards at sector level that apply to everyone. Everything is properly established once, allowing all participating companies to benefit.
